The assessment can support organisational preparation for the EU AI Act by helping leaders examine governance, capabilities, human oversight, data, processes and accountability around AI adoption. It is not a legal audit, a conformity assessment or proof of compliance.

Can this support EU AI Act readiness?
Yes—as an organisational readiness input. Legal interpretation and formal compliance processes remain the responsibility of appropriately qualified legal, risk and technical specialists.
Is it only for regulated organisations?
No. The same whole-system conditions shape responsible adoption in every organisation. Regulated and high-accountability environments usually need more explicit evidence, ownership and controls.
Is this a legal compliance or conformity assessment?
No. The assessment focuses on the organisation around the technology; it does not classify AI systems, perform conformity assessment or provide legal advice.
